SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery
We deliver within South Africa only. All orders are dispatched from Cape Town.
Processing time
Orders are packed and dispatched within [1–3] business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery times and costs
- Main centres: [2–4] business days
- Regional and outlying areas: [4–7] business days
- Delivery fee: R120 per order
- Free delivery on orders over R500
We ship with Bob Go. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.
Sending a gift?
Just enter the recipient’s address at checkout. We don’t include prices on the packing slip.
Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather or public holidays. If we can’t deliver your order within 30 days of purchase, you may cancel it for a full refund.
Wrong address or missed delivery
Please check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or a failed delivery, a re-delivery fee may apply.
Damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please take photos and email hello@makukukids.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can sort it out.
