REFUND POLICY

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

We want every little golfer to love their Makuku Kids book. If something isn’t right, here’s how we’ll fix it.

Change of mind: 14-day returns
You may return any book within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. Books must be unused and in the condition you received them, with sticker sheets intact, along with proof of purchase. You cover the cost of sending the item back.

Items we can’t accept for change-of-mind returns
Books that have been written in, coloured, or had stickers removed, and custom or personalised editions (such as Home Course Collection books made for a specific club). This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your book is faulty, damaged on arrival or not what you ordered, contact us within 6 months of delivery. This includes printing or binding faults, missing or duplicated pages, and missing sticker sheets or scorecards. You may choose a replacement or a refund, and we’ll cover the cost of return shipping. Please include your order number and photos of the problem.

Cancelling an order
You can cancel any time before your order ships by emailing hello@makukukids.com with your order number, and we’ll refund you in full. Once your order has shipped, you can still cancel by returning it under the terms above.

How to return an item

  1. Email hello@makukukids.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. We’ll reply within 2 business days with return instructions and our return address.
  3. Pack the book securely and send it using a trackable service.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll refund you to your original payment method within 7 business days, and always within 30 days of cancellation. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the refund. Original delivery fees are refunded only if the item was faulty or incorrect.

This policy does not limit your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.
